From what I can tell a HUGE number of Comcast customers just experienced simultaneous disconnects. This did not trigger loss prevention or anything (was watching Sirhcez and he got both the "I Agree" message and a demotion thanks to it). Sorta seems like something Riot should be aware of. I don't care about the LP but this could lead to punishments.

On east coast and seeing the same. Got into a game, 2 people never connected, 1 dc'd within 20 seconds, none have come back.

yeah that's riot for you. no loss prevention for this is beyond stupid
