Riot and the community complain about toxic players, here's a suggestion

If someone rage afks in a game, and the whole team reports that person, don't put said afk'er back in queue with the same people after that game is done. Immediate toxic situation in champ select. Nobody from that last game wants to play with that person, regardless of w.e the reason was.
