Chat doesnt work

Logged in twice, chat will not register or show if anyone is online. Cannot invite anyone to anything, its like im flying blind here. Please assist.

Same issue. At first I thought all my friends just got fed up with my antics and deleted me until i saw the "Logging on to chat service..." i'm lonely :/
