@Riot What happened to VFX changes that have been started at 5.12?

In 5.12 and 5.13 You gave new VFX to seven champions. Thanks to it, Corki, Galio and Co. look now fresh and fancy. However, You gave up on further changes in 5.14 and so on. No wonder, Bilgewater event - enough said. But now, when Worlds patch is almost done, maybe it's time to finish the job? There is still plenty of champions who need fresh VFX (and new ability icons too):
