Camille or the vigilante dilemma

I was browsing the Universe through all my classes today and I thought it's high time for next Piltover champion since it's underdeveloped... aaaand there it is.

However I can't help but dislike Camille from lore standpoint. She is not Shen, true neutral, who makes stuff done, because it has to be done and he was prepared to this by training with his father and all the balance talk and whatnot. She is not even like Jhin, who gets paid for it (and also "likes" it as a part of his "art". She is the vigilante who uses ultimate means to achieve the goal. Her goal. Judgement of one person can be wrong though, which is why courts exist. She is not enforcer of the law, she chose to deliver her own law based on her own philosophy about City-mechanism. Honestly, her justifiction for kill is not that different from Jhin and we all know how f***d up Jhin's mind is (and even then he is partly conscious of his wrong-doings)

I mean, did Baron have to die? Sure, he might be up to no good, but seizing power by forging an alliance is not illegal. Maybe he always dreamed to be part of Piltover, but was born in Zaun which left his mark on him and forced him to fight for everything he had. I guess you have to be tough to achieve something in Zaun underground and there might be no other way when you belong the the shunned part of the community. Anyway, you either don't have right to outright murder somebody just because you think he may do harm to your vision of perfect world coughTrumpcoughriotscough or for his past shady deals because you said you have it.

Camille is basically prejudiced Batman chick. She perceives Zaunites as inferior nation that is not worth of breathing Piltover air. She keeps talking about rules and order but she thinks she is above it. Something is not right here.

Anyway, while I dislike Camille, it doesn't mean Riot story team did bad work. Actually qute the opposite - it's good to see the world and characters in shades of grey. Keep up good work.

PS Did I mention that Piltover (and other factions too) Visions are EPIC?
