Bard... a worthless champ for 95% of LoL gamers.

Bard is WORTHLESS in the lower levels. The lower levels are all playing the 1-1-2 meta with a jungle. ADCs in Bronze can't be left alone for a second.... no matter the champ they are VS. Not to say that bringing in a good roaming champ would not be nice. It's just Bard, as kitted, is not that answer. Yet.

I suck.... so I've only made it to Silver... same there though. Maybe in Gold the roaming support makes an appearance... but not in the lower levels.

This means that he's worthless in "normal" play also...btw.

His Q is overly complicated as a skill shot making it damn near worthless on lane. Making sure a minion wave or a wall is near.... ???? His W is great if it is allowed to "mature" for the 10 secs. And as a speed boost . AS a quick heal it's worthless. His E is a novelty that needs a lot of work from Riot to be useful. It seems they are now letting you click anywhere on the "path" after today's quick patch. His Ulti is a toxic cancer in all but the most pro and practiced of hands. Creating more arguments than wins. That's what LoL needs. More toxic play!!! Good Call Riot!

MEEPs and CHARMS

I like the Meeps. But they scale MUCH to slowly. And only two shots? Really? Here is your Meep fix... = 3 meeps. Never less than one per 6 seconds. Not 11 or whatever it is. And after 20 charms his meep damage needs to be worthy. In the 275-350 magic damage.

Charms are perfect. I like it. Don't change it.

I really don't see how Bard made it past quality control. Really.
