Jhin top is insanely good right now, well at least for me. I've started to become a jhin top main and atm, its preeeettty good. If this gets recognized ill post some more in-depth explanation, but here is the theory crafted jhin build that i put into fruition in a plat 3 solo q match. You have very little pen though meaning your damage won't mean much. You also have no hard CC to stop the enemy team from simply walking past you.

I don't think putting an immobile carry in the longest solo lane is a good idea...
