Plat<Bronze
Plat is worse than bronze because the general atmosphere. People in bronze are like what everyone expects them to be; uncoordinated, lacking in game mechanics like farming, land skillshots etc., and not understanding the game at a deeper level. People in Platinum on the other hand think that they are the best player on their team and are a high enough elo that they can innovate and be instantly good at it. (This is slightly hypocitrical due to the fact that im a Jhin top main but I don't want to go on a tangent).
People in plat are extremely toxic. By toxic i mean. TOXIC. In fact, the reason i made this post is because of the game i recently played where one of our teammates, the midlane Leblanc, died twice. At this point at 5 minutes in, she was playing below the average with a 20 cs lead below the Syndra. After her third death, our blitz said that we should ff @ 20 and if not he would just afk. Cait said that he was garbage and stfu. OUr udyr said that we should all just chill and tell lb to stop feeding (so he was right but he shouldn't have included the last part for reasons ill mention soon). Then there was me at 2/1/0 with the best score on our team as Jhin top. Admittedly, i did tell lb to "play safer, and just roam so you don't get one shot by syndra" and she took it offensively and started flaming me and said that she muted the whole team. So that was partially my fault..
In plat, people due so many things on extreme levels its crazy. People tilt the fastest I have ever seen in any rank, which is only Bronze- Platinum so I guess i do not have a very wide spectrum onto the highest peak player base but this is 90% of the player base. People tilt fast as I can blink, people flame because they think that they are better and that they, and THEY ALONE, have the best ideas. This makes them shut off other team ideas that could potentially win the game. Also, people are so incapable of making smart decisions and working together to the point that they would feed rather than lane with their support or something like that.
Finally, I'd like to talk about Gold Elo. This place. I LOVE GOLD. Literally in the 6 years I've played league and the 3 years of ranked. One year was gold. This place was honestly the best elo out of everything I had experienced before. Specifically gold 3-2. Gold 5 is meh because people are possibly silver level and under standing the game and less communicable with each other. And on the far side, high gold 2 and 1 is the starting to become the transformation into the most toxic player area because of the goal of reaching Platinum, the supposed break-off point in becoming the Elite of League of Legends( which isn't anymore after they introduced masters and challenger). People in Gold are willing to work with each other and communicate well because they know they aren't the best mechanically or even in the game knowledge sense. So through this, they strive to work together so they can agree on everything they do and so if they mess up as a team and all take the heat. Whereas in plat everyone does their own thing and it becomes what Imaqtpie says, "What a fucking clown fiesta". In Gold, people are contructive of each other and are honestly the nicer side of league.
This is the end of my first post ever and I hope I'll get a nice warm welcome from the wonderful League Community(Sarcasm because most people here are the nicer ones xD, but the peope that aren't are the GG noob team when they go 1/13/3 sion mid with heal smite and a full armor pen build and feed so much to the point that they have more deaths than minutes).
The point of this post is basically none, I just wanted to see the thoughts of other players if you guys agreed and that the proportion of players that don't deserve to be in that elo is significantly larger than others.
