how to play twitch early?

hi i love to play adc champs like draven jinx and twitch. but i got problem with twitch. his such a easy target on early. i played a game. after 15 mins were i just 2/7. but when we hit late did i get some kills. we won the game. talon easy carried. and i went 7/10/11. but champs poke him so easy in early. i needed to recall like 50 times becuse i ran low on hp so quickly when i got back to my lane. any tips of how i can be better in early/mid game? this were my builds. early: . mid: . and late . should i build ad with him first or. what should i build him with
