Ranked games should no longer have the surrender rule

First of all i wanna say ive been playing this game for 7 years and have many accounts besides the people who bitchh all game the thing i hate more than anything is when i invest 20-40 or sometimes even 60+ mins on a match and people Surrender!!! i know most of the time its obvious whos gonna win with the score being 1-20 kills...but even then you shouldnt be able to surrender this is ranked noone should be able to quit early period there is no other game in a ranked match where you can quit early so lets get rid of it all together and win those beutifull comebak games that make this game worth playing the most theres nothing more than winning a game when the odds are stacked against you like when you teleport and steal a inhib 2 turrets and the castle in one push it happens ive done it more times than i can count or when a team loses the first 25 mins of a game and then starts teaming up and owns every team fight from there on it happens lets win those games instead of giving up the chance to be able to.
