When riot buffed the health and shred of black cleaver were they intending to help fight tanks or help tanks destroy even more. Thanks to cinderhulk along with buffs to black cleaver doesn't that make a tank item so they can shred while still being monstrously tanky. I would love to know any strategies to fight against a tank that can also shred things.
atm the only champs that can use good the new BC is garen/renekton...
and both of them are meh you may see them in soloQ but you may not....
Now the broken tanks (Gragas/sej/irelia/maokai) that you see in every game from LCS too soloQ they dont use BC
There really are no tanks that benefit from black cleaver. There are a lot of bruisers that I think will become viable again with black cleaver, but very few tanks benefit from it.
its mainly a bruiser item.
most tanks scale with ap, deal magic damage and dont really make good use of it.
