How do huge level discrepancies develop?
I'll be playing safely, farming under turret, avoiding unnecessary greed that gets me killed, and generally just trying to scale, and then it somehow turns out that my support is 12, I'm 13, and everyone else in the game is 16-18 (except for our jungler who disconnected ten minutes prior and is "only" 14). How does this happen? Is there a rune or item or meta strategy that increases exp gain?
