Good Vi Build and Mastery?

So I really enjoy playing Vi. But, after watching someone get a penta kill on her, keep in mind they have no mastery on her and I do, I couldn't help but get discouraged and upset.

I seriously want her to be my main champ but I suck at her obviously. The highest grade I got for her is A+ and that's because I didn't get enough cs or lay down enough wards.

So, what exactly should I use for her Lane Mastery and JG Mastery? What Build should I use? I don't like tank Vi. I like AD Vi. So a build with one thing of armor and AD or Crit items would be great to know. Like, I am tempted to quit the game because of how much I suck. So, does anyone have a build they wanna share?
