What happened with the double ip weekend?

I was wondering what happened with the double ip bonus that was supposed to be this weekend. According to this: https://gyazo.com/150b6ed507cbe309d1bc7c2b2b593076 , there should be an ip bonus from 08:00 BST April 21 to 07:59 BST April 24, but it isn't active yet. Was it canceled or what?

current BST time is 7:24 and it starts at 8:00

It's currently enabled! Can you provide a screenshot of your end-of-match screen when you hover over the IP gain?
