So I wanna know when is URF game mode come back ??

Hopefully never, until they find a way to keep it consistently fun. Even when they made it all random, everyone was somehow seeing the same 15 champions every game. How do you even fail at making something random that badly?

Not a clue unfortunately. They did say it was only going to appear in the RGM twice this year though. It was fortunate to get it a third time. I just hope they'll reconsider making it a bit more frequent but not too frequent as the rest of them now that the RGMs are starting to take a unique form.

Hopefully after they get BMB back in the mix. There are few previous featured game modes that haven't been fixed up and gotten in, so getting those taken care of should be a priority.

You mean that game mode where people try to tell you what you can and can't play? No thanks. If I wanted to deal with that nonsense I would go play Summoner's Rift.

we don't know, they don't want to to it all the time because constantly giving the same game mode would be boring, lets of course just ignore the fact that we got ascension and one for all both 2 times in a row because this is riot and riot is never wrong

Part of the URF fun was the op/broken champs. I mean, what champ isn't broken when they have no mana issues/minimal cool downs etc. Sure, URF has champs that are more broken than others. So does poro king, so does aram (especially when you factor in aram accounts), technically the rift also has a ton of broken champs as the pros won't touch much of the champion pool. (68 total champs played throughout the competition/218 games) Even w/ the pros, how often do you see the same stuff game after game? I don't see why we can't get URF despite the broken champs as the game is full of them. Disable LoL all together then until you don't have broken champs? There would be no game then.. My only URF complaint is any regular game mode after URF seemed to be played in slow motion.. URF was senseless, super high paced fun imo. Even when against the fizz/yi :)

urf will come but then again in urf people made a meta and everyone complained about it yet the meta was easily counterable in urf the only broken ones on urf imho is AP and AP other then that all other is doable . i love spamming urf since he has perma ult he is so tanky and so much speed its funny when nobody can chase you and you can outrun meta urfs picks. but also Rito need to test the assassins urf since kha will be broken still if he catches you alone that Cd on his Q will be .25 and be annoying as shit. but wait it out ARURF kinda made me happy but sad since i cant play who i want and it has the aram rng in it. (which tends ot give me graves )
