Nerf Swain, I may only play normals but I still know when somebody needs a nerf

I was in bush 900 hp outta like 1100 and he walked up and dealt it instantly, He had 0 kills, 20 cs, 53 AP, level 7 and INSTANTLY exploded me, not over like 2 seconds like hes supposed to it was a one shot. I asked him like 8 times and he said "Bonus torment damage" I facepalmed.
