revert gp rework and make his early game weaker

I'm a gp main, so Id hate to lose the early barrel, but I went toe to toe with a gp earlier and he would be so much more balanced if he started the game with only 2 barrels. It would be nice if he had 2 barrels and they scaled up to 4, not as strong as originally, but giving him a beast late game while allowing him to be stopped early game.

as someone who was a go man I would like to refer back to when there was no barrels. of course I would have to rebuy him because I refunded his piece of shit ass after the rework.
