Why doesn't everyone honor
What's the point in that? You get more bonuses if you do honor, it literally takes 5 seconds maximum to honor somebody. Is there a valid reason for not doing so?

For me, no one does anything out of the ordinary or "honorable". It's very rare that I honor someone before the new system, and it is still rare for me now.
I honor when I feel someone deserves it. If not, I don't. Simple. Usually, if someone's friendly but not outstanding I'll honor them (gg<3) if there's no one else.
I haven't had this happen since s6 but if I get in a game with no one but feeders and trolls I'm not honoring anyone.
Being honest and not honoring people who don't deserve it.
Most people don't really care about the tiny reward, anyway, so they might as well be honest.
I feel like nobody deserves it in my Elo but i'm sure everybody see's me the same way so..
This is exactly was I was talking about when new honor system was announced, over a month ago! Quote myself: "So I'm afraid everyone will just random honor everyone in their team, receiving the same, making all players gets a key no matter how they played. I expect Boards to be flooded with "Pls remember to honor your teammates after game!" and "I have no keys, honor everyone after game" discussions. People didn't honor now because they didn't get anything from this. Now they will honor everyone, expecting the same and every pleyer in no time will have 27 key fragments and 0 chests."
