I've been doing that for awhile when I get stuck in bottom although lately i've been playing ekko there :p not as an adc just an ap burst assassin mainly.

I was still getting armor pen on pantheon though with duskblade/ yuumus followed by a deaths dance goes really well. Sure you team doesn't have a real adc/ marksman but neither does the enemy team since even if you start off behind against the enemy carry you can still kill them easily and in lane soon as you get a serated dirk your spears start taking away 1/4th of enemy adc hp every q while generally being able to do it safely since if they do auto you when you spear them its generally blocked by your passive.

He better pray that he gets fed early and ends the game quickly otherwise he will just be handicap late vs an actually marksman.

ADC panth lol, lets just bring the bot lane
