Ive lost promos 12 times

Hello all, I have currently lost promos 12 times, i am not kidding, i have been counting. I have lost plat 1 promos over and over and usually can repeatedly get straight back but can never win them. make all of the hard stuck plat jokes you want but id really appreciate some help regarding promo anxiety and improving (runes builds ex).
