@NEW001 Should I be concerned about the new Masteries and Runes?

Everything in your video discussing the new update sounds like a great addition but i'm just a little nervous as to how the new runes and masteries will play out. I am hopping this update wont be an indirect nerf to any champs that heavily rely on masteries such as thunderlords or courage of the collosus. take a champ like Twisted Fate for example, his kit lacks damage and heavily relies on thunderlords for his laning trades. I know this is not something to get concerned about with just a leak but i cant help my self. please link any new info below regarding the new update and on a closing note i would love to see the ability to buy skins in game. Thanks guys
