Pretty much title, Veigar is atm unplayable. Q is way way way wrose than before, even if you can get 2 ap per skill you got that amunt before anyways and you could still do dmg to whoever you wanted, now it's SO unreliable and has even more cd for some retarded reason. W is still the same, less mana and cd, but you still need to set up E to hit it so it's again useless and 0 dmg in almost every situation. E could perfectly be the worst skill in LoL atm. It's impossible to hit it, they either run away or stay in the center killing you becouse you know have 0 dmg (W won't hit anyone even if you are inside of the circle. And Ult also does less dmg than before.

So you took away DFG, You wanted to compensate for the nerf and you nerf every ability Veigar had?

And before you start to argue, i must say that i played him in diamond and in my gold smurf. I coldn't do anything with him no matter what, he's just so freaking bad

New veigar feels like trash. Get rolled by assasins because of stun delay, counter-harass is far more difficult due to the nature of Q now, enabling anyone with half a brain to avoid all your damage throughout the lane phase. Played veigar earlier and got bullied by Kassadin. Yes, Kassadin.

Q is probably fine, might take some getting used to (in the end, its basically just a lux binding, minus the snare with slightly less damage (it might need a buff to the AP gained per unit kill though) ) but fundamentally there's nothing wrong with the skill.

E is the bigger problem though, E definitely needs a buff of some kind to increase its reliability given that Veigar's entire gameplan hinges on landing E (personally, I'd decrease the delay before the walls appear; or add an AoE slow to the inside of the cage to help him land W)

I agree, the changes are awful If Riot sees a champ doing only okay, with all the other stuff like Zed and Nidalee infesting mid, they should not make Veigar, a champ only teetering on the edge of playability, their first priority to "rebalance" with 3 nerfs and 2 minor buffs

Veigar , before the nerf , was a good champ , without a very good early but still a monster in late, especially if there was some ap enemies in the game. now he become useless and unplayable , thanks to his E veigar was able to spell his w which was devastating ma not so much to giustify that nerf! now , the new and retarded veigar is able to spell just the Q with some possibilities to miss the target and he can spell the ult , but he is not able anyomore to spell the e and the w because no one ever will be hitted by some sort of stupid , slow and useless skills like those . i loved veigar , he was a good champ before , now he is a shit .
