for solo que i recommend maokai and cho'gath, both in the jungle. as long as you gank well and you get yourself ahead you can basically carry lategame teamfights with insane amounts of cc better yet, take maokai jungle and cho'gath top. unbeatable frontline

God Tier usually refers to champions that are positioned really well in the current META. Is that what you're looking for?
