ok played as tristana full build with spirit visage still gets one shoted with just ult... ?? so in order to survive that,, only banshees will work?? wtf

Yes, because all ADCs are suppose to prioritize Banshee more than SV since you're more prone to being CC'ed/bursted down hard & needed that lucky spell-shield, ADCs don't really want that 10% cooldown & a healing boosting factor when they preferred crit bursts more than sustain.

To kill a 2337 HP && 39 MR Tristana by just pressing R (500+1.0AP damage), Veigar need (2337*1.39-500)=2748 AP.

Well, first of all, dont let him have 2000+ AP
you probably died to his full combo because there's no way in hell he can reach an amount of AP to oneshot you with R alone as an adc with the MR from visage... lol he'd need over 2.5k AP
I had a roughly-1700 AP Veigar that couldn't 1-shot a Jinx that had scimitar. maybe if he used it while my Zeke's was active he could, but without he was just short of it. (Ha!)
Here is an idea dont get hit by veigar ulti, if u dont get hit u can have all dmg items and u wont need to survive veigar ulti.
Because having little MR and HP is really not much especially when you're a squishy up against Veigar.

Don't bother complaining about mages on the boards. This place is a low elo mage main fuck fest lol. Dw Veigar's ridiculously high ban rate+high winrate will definitely net some nerfs from riot :^).
Banshees or Maw of Malmortius is your friend against Veigar.
If Vei starts doing well, get on ADCs.
Why people keeps screaming about veigar getting a nerf? He already got his ult scaling nerfed twice, now you can't oneshot people unless they have +800 ap, you don't use your ult on the damn adc, you pop the ap carry. Also, stop lying, veigar couldn't have oneshot you with his ult only.
Read up on counterplay, bruh. Rework did nothing to give Veigar more of it. Someone is getting paid for all these shitty reworks, and it's enough to make you laugh.
