3rd party leveling bot program

ok.. for ai game, ive seen 3 accounts using the program in 2 consecutive ai games. WTF riot??? its happening waaaaaaay too frequent to indicate that someone's not doing his/her job. but then again.. since when did riot ever do its job properly. just create an "im not a bot" verification box at the end of the game will ya? for fucks sake...
