Can someone please tell me the difference?
What's the difference with flex queue and solo/duo queue? does one of them give you a reward or both. which gives you a rank etc, if someone could explain itd be great.

Solo/Duo Queue only allows up to 2 players in a premade. This is basically the ranked queue from Seasons 1-5 with the new champion select.
Flex Queue will allow 1, 2, 3, and 5-man premades. This is basically the same as Dynamic Queue (only with a limitation against 4-man premades during the initial release).
Supposedly they are two separate queues where you will have two separate mmrs and flex queue will have different rewards, possibly replacing team rewards.
Remember when riot introduced dynamic que and said solo que was coming later and then it never happened?
