Need help and advice climbing

Okay so I need some good advice. The past 6 ranks in a row I have lost and idk how to help my team in games pick themselves up when they do bad and win games. Idk how to win when I have an afk which I get often and I want to know how to improve myself because it's frustrating focusing on what I'm doing wrong when you have a teams of Ragers and people who become sarcastic jerks when you try to make suggestions (nicely). I am asking for good advice please I want to improve and need to know how to win when dealing with bad team mates.

i would start by narrowing down your jungle pool. your support pool is relatively smaller than your jungle pool and it shows that you are much more reliable win rate playing a smaller pool, where you are much more familiar with the champion.

same could be said about your top champion pool

No one wants your help, they're the best player in the game and know it already.
You're in the same Elo, so at times (1) is understandable.
Focus on your game; this game is 75% CS, 20% team fight, 5% luck - that's in a match assuming matchmaking did it's job, which can be rare.
Stay positive, if necessary, ignore your chat.
Play META, it's meta for a reason.

AFK/etc... don't let it tilt you, there was nothing that could be done, report and pray Riot pretends to care.
