Elise way too weak

Okay so Elise needs some buffs I heard people talk about how she used to be ridiculously OP, well now she's ridiculously weak, I've played about every champion and there are champions I'm great as and champions I'm not. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to rant about how weak and bad a champion is, her full combo at max level will be luck to get a champion like say master yo to even half health. Like I'm not saying she needs some huge buffs but they definitely need to give her some kind of small buff.
