Elise way too weak

Okay so Elise needs some buffs I heard people talk about how she used to be ridiculously OP, well now she's ridiculously weak, I've played about every champion and there are champions I'm great as and champions I'm not. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to rant about how weak and bad a champion is, her full combo at max level will be luck to get a champion like say master yo to even half health. Like I'm not saying she needs some huge buffs but they definitely need to give her some kind of small buff.

They buffed her fairly recently.

And percent health will always be uniquely strong no matter who it is put on.

If you're trying to burst down a master yi as elise, well... you're not using the ability to chunk tanks properly. Especially with magic pen. After all, that's what her kit is meant for.

elise is like garen, her kits is super easy and straight forward. You cant have someone like that too strong or else it gets ridiculous.

Her kit is easy? Okay if her kit is easy and comparable to garen what would xin zhoa be compared too? She's nothing like garen at all she's not a tank that u just spin to win and then ult with she has 2 forms that do complex things. Like your comment is one of the stupidest I've ever seen.

I didnt say she's a spin to win tank... she is a super easy simplified kit where you point n click with the exception of her E in human form. Her Q point n click %hp damage, and her W seeks out a target where you point it towards, and her E is a untargetable escape / point click.

Shes simple easy to play easy to master. Champs like this shouldn't be strong or weak they just just be niche.
