I've been lagging recently around 300-400 ping which is pretty high and I noticed disconnecting my internet and then reconnecting will fix to around 30 for a while and it will go back to 300-400. Any help would be appreciated to fix the lag.

Im no expert but it might have something to do w/ what ports you have open in your settings. Idk but i think riot might have a help page where they tell you certain ports to set to open for optimal ping (might be wrong and thinking of another game tho).
It's weird because speedtest.org says my computer has a download speed of around 20 and ping is 12
