This is how to carry games if your team is losing (low elo)

Pick Teemo top. Win your lane. Counting on that 2 of your lanes are losing people will come top for you so try to take tower soon as posible. Shroom all around top lane. Call your team to help, now when you're 3 man ganked and they are all slowed by shrooms, u don't need 4 people, 1 person is enough but usualy there will be at least 2 of your teammates and u'll be able to kill them easily. Also u can always escape because u'll have everything warded with wards and shrooms Push to inhib and then push other lane or take baron, U'll win 100%.
