If Akali is to be Nerfed please think about this

Akali is seeing a lot of presence in pro play now and it worries me that she'll be nerfed soon and because of this I think it would leave her in a bad spot depending on how they nerfed her so here are my thoughts on what might be done. Akali doesn't seem to have any hardcore strong counter picks because her kit is so unique and the champions who do counter her in some way tend to be Mages. Instead of nerfing her in a way that makes her do less dmg or something like that why not nerf her in a way that buffs the champions who should do really good against her. My point to this is that if you should nerf her please nerf if base magic resist so mages who counter her can better take advantage of her so she wouldn't see such a high presences in pro.

I'm not sure if I should've put this in the game play boards because it talks a bit about competitive so if I should have put this in the Esports boards I'm sorry I just don't know what category this should fall under.
