Literally that strat works great, enemy Ryze was barely farming the entire early, but hes ryze so was able to recover against pyke, Ezreal litereally had no real problems keeping with farm on bot 1v2, at worst he got 5-6 cs behind in lane phase, and enemy jg and their support were forced to constantly camp the mid cause ryze gets tilted, Nubrac mid support is really working as long as your team do not decline what you offer them, and because of it I was able to help both mid and top to get 2 free turrets and a lot of kills, to not say we get a good teamfights and got bot turret.

Teemo "roaming support" strat is as good as any other pick/playstyle. (btw I can give you an entire gameplay if you want to dont just say I claim a strategy works just by its final result)
