How to fight Heimerdinger as Kindred, Bot Lane

Ok, I need a little help.

I like to play KindredKindred as the ADC in bot lane. It's a fun position, but depends heavily on having a good support with hard CC, like BlitzcrankBlitzcrank, MorganaMorgana , or LuxLux. As long as someone can slow or stun someone long enough for the E to proc, Kindred can fight most bottom laners fairly well.

Except HeimerdingerHeimerdinger. I HATE Heimerdinger as Kindred.

Heimer was the first champ i learned to play well, so I know his kit very well. 1v1, Kindred can get around the turrets somewhat, but it's still a hard fight. But on bot lane, with a support like Lux (Especially Lux), I just can't get to him without taking a ton of damage. I'm trying not to die as much as get the kill, but I just can't get it right. Building MR helps, but that slows down Kindred's item build, which is essential for them because their base damage is so low and it takes time to build passive stacks as an ADC.

Any advice, other than hope I have a good, tanky support?

heimerdinger botlane is an annoyance to everyone.. xD

Thats why when My firend goes heimer bot.. i go teemo support..

but to counter heimer.... I'm not sure you need someone with long range and good damage to take out those turrets.

I tried to explain that Kindred's range is too short to avoid being torn to shreds to one of my "teammates" and he said I should "play better", like i was diving turrets or something. It didn't help that i was stuck with a Lux as support who kept trying to get kills by diving through Heimer's turrets AND the enemy Lux firing her whole kit at once.

Okay, First, you never drive a heimer.. xD

Second... Because of hindred's short range yes, she is best played with a more aggressive support who can go between her and enemy laners.. I played her as ADC with a leona.. and dispite leona did well I have trouble with my short range but after I went into the jungle and stole my marked camp I came back and started to dominate. Sadly we still lost..

sometimes you need that one stack and dependign on where you are.. gank mid.. kindred is a jungler.. you'd be surprised how well you roam.. Tho I do not recommend leaving a support botlane that can't handle themselves. My leona was fine without me for that quick minute for me to pick up a scuttle stack and gank mid and return to lane with a item 1053 a stack on my passive, and an Assist.

But against heimer.. You need your jungler to take him down... EARLY... SO you can start getting stronger then him.. and play safe if you're unsure. Lux is also dangerous..

Im still learning kindred myself though. I may Own her but I feel I don't quite..Ger her.. I have trouble timing my ult..

(Sometimes due to her nature, of % health damage from passive.. and the ult heals for 10% health... I wondered if I built bork then proceded to go TANK KINDRED!)

Tank Kindred is pretty hard to pull off. Though the %-health is good, it will stack very slowly. Attack speed really matters on Kin.

Just had another game with a Heimer as my support (lol, himer can't support) vs Ashe and Lux. A Heimer who, while criticizing my playing and saying that Kindred should stay in the jungle, proceeded to take the majority of the cs and die. Repeatedly.

I like playing support, and I learned to hang back and wait for shots instead of going for every slight chance of a kill. Can't seem to find a consistent support that understands that.

I've actually had good luck with Braum as a support, amazingly enough. The stun on his q holds them down long enough for Kin to finish them off. Kin's second biggest weakness, besides being squishy, is that it is VERY easy to get away from them. It's the people who stay and fight that usually die to them, besides tanks of course.

Perhaps..

I'm a support /adc that hangs back too unless something arises.. which is why I love very enguage supports to support me when I ADC.. because I wait for them to make something happen.. OR I wait for the enemy to mess up..

as a SUpport I mostly tend to concentrate on poking.. I love playing Sona, Lulu, karma, or Ori..

Yes.. played right orianna makes a wonderful support.. xD

The cool aspect of her is when I put my ball on someone and they go in to the enguage.. and I ult and my ult kills the enemy.. it gives the kill to the person my Ball is on. I LOVED LEARNING THAT!

I didn't know that about Orianna's ult. That's pretty awesome.

You would probably need to try farming until 6 and hope you can kill him in the duration of your ult. If it's anything like heimer vs vayne, there's not a lot you can do.
