Galio and Ryze

It's been a trend that since Galio's rework he's been gutted and they're looking to nerf him again and they're changing the poor blue boi again... personally didn't see a problem with Ryze's state and as far as Galio goes I feel like he was a good pick until the end of season 7 and Riot just started pooring on the nerfs and now if you don't build full ap you're worthless, and actually less tanky than you would be if you did build full ap since his W's damage resist scales better off of ap anyways.... please give some power back to the mountain boi and stop abusing the eiffel 65 bro
