Enable Rumble and Viktor
Rumble and Viktor should not be disabled because of the bug with their casting. Since the bug is not abusive, Riot is only restricting the players who want to play Rumble and Viktor despite the bug.

As a Rumble main I didn't noticed the bug eihter, however I use smart cast indicators anyways, I guess everyone should play him that way :)

No it's fine. I picked Rumble and wiffed 3 ulti yesterday. I had no idea of the bug. They're protecting those who don't know about it.
It also keeps people who refuse to read the notices from getting into the game as either and then bitching to riot about he champ being bugged
It's been four days and they still haven't fixed the casting bug, honestly? Got mystery gifted Super Galaxy Rumble on Thursday and have been waiting ;-;

This isnt something i've noticed, and i use rumble as my main. I only yesterday bought almost all my runes for his page, and now i cant use them. please riot, hurry this one up.
