Rumble and Viktor disabled for 4 days

Will Riot give further information or at least estimate his hotfix? Rumble and Viktor are working on the PBE and the bug with normal casting to smart casting was only a minor inconvenience. It is absurd that they are disabled for almost a week for such a minor bug that only affects normal casting players when there are other champions with much worse bugs during this patch. Just place a notification so players are aware of the bug.
