A change to Support starting Items

Supports often get the short end of the stick, as they lack the gold and levels most other champs have. To compensate you have the base support items, which are often under powered to prevent their abuse by other roles. This is just a bit of an idea to give supports a bit more relevance, without increasing the power of other roles.

A Support's Oath: Unique Passive: Found on Targons, FQC, and Ancient Coin, and their upgrades, this passive gives the champion with the item 33% of the gold, and 100% of the exp earned by nearby ally champions, with a radius of about 1300 units. However, whenever this champion kills an enemy minion, or neutral monster, they get 25% of the gold, and 50% of the exp.
