Idea for Darius Buff

Right now with the way top lane is I personally feel that Darius is quite underwhelming and in need for some help. Darius is my most played champ so I think I know what should be done to at least help him a little bit. It feels that other top laners just do his job way better and he gets kited around so easily, which does make sense as it should be his weakness, but it feels that most the time he can not touch anything at all in a fight. Instead of buffing his damage I think an addition to his passive would be a better idea. What could be done is make it so when Darius enters Noxian Might he receives the 30-230 dmg and applies full Hemorrhage stacks, but he also gains a slight movement speed buff, could be something like flat base movement speed increase 5-40 based on level. If this is too strong just make it so Noxian Might damage is not as high, maybe 30-200 would be better. I feel like this gives Darius a chance to enter fights way more easily, stick to targets better, and help him against enemies that are kiting him. If they were to buff his damage in anyway I think that could just put him over the edge as he does enough damage right now and with the itemization available to him buffing his damage would be too much. Just making it so he can close the gap a little better would help him tremendously, but I don't think it will make him overpowered. This will help him much more in team fights, give him a way to get into the backline, and gives you more pressure to kill him before he reaches Noxian Might and truly turns into a unstoppable force of Noxus.
