Honor Question

So in October I was banned for 14 days and when the season reset I thought honor was supposed to reset as well as I am still honor 0. I thought you were supposed to be put back to honor 2 when the season began. Anyone know if this was supposed to happen or if I am just to stay honor 0 forever. FYI have not been toxic or banned or received any notifications of being toxic since the ban.
