Dear league of legends i found your management to be garbage for the last 2 years.... and let me tell u why and some advice u could take from me

So first of all not long time ago my account was perma banned don't say i was an angel but when i was notified that next game i will get banned permanently i totally changed my attitude right so in my last game preban the guy was being rude to me and i told him i will report him and he started insulting me saying you are stupid and stuff i kept my cool and repeated i will report him just warned him and he got offended or i have no idea what and i was the one reported and got the perma ban where is the fairness?your system is totally broken anyone can get offended by anything and its just a reporting competition i report you, you report me ... then u come with excuses because the player is toxic and flaming and its deserved... when actually the real thing your game is totally broken unfair and you system as well.No wonder why players leave your game and complain and are being toxic or flame they don't enjoy it and it's on you because you make the game bad it manifest on the game and community! I never ever before flamed or been toxic... but these last 2 years with you new unstable rune page and unbalanced champions and items its impossible to enjoy anything.just watch the popular streamers leaving your game Dryus, Annie bot... and many more or watch scarras video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiOBO4sKBBQ because u probably don't care of an unknown man And also seems that u don't even care to fix u have like changes every week but u do nothing just break the game more and make it worse lets think of recent stuff when u made adc unavailable..hmm when u made banner of command op and u hate to delete it from the game because u were lazy fixing it...hmm clash another amazing thing think this year u diden't do anything good for a company so well payed and so big what you do?oh yeah skins to make more money i cant complain skins are amazing really good job to design team.U just keep throwing dust in the air Ok then so some tips to fix your problems because i see people at riot are payd for garbage work and to not think guys with studies and stuff so they have to rely on community to fix or give them advices

1. about the perma ban on toxic or flame that's just communistic...in this game u cant even express your taught opinion or anything anyone can report u for anything dosen't matter if u flame or toxic or joke or whatever as long as they feel offended its not like u did any criminal activity...and mainly anyways u are toxic or flame because you are frustrated with the poor game balance that they break every week in some way and cant understand anymore what the hell is happening or learn the game.So Remove perma ban on this matter its not even in your intrest u make players leave your game and if you think that players will make a separate account afther they payed alot of money on their skin on the main account you are wrong and best way to fix it just extend the ban and reban them when they start being toxic again make ban for 30 days or 90 but not perma no other games even free games never do this... another good way is just implement in your in game menu chat disable 2.about your rune system just delete it u cant fix that its impossible for you was poorly taught dunno who came up with that but they need to be fired from the company and just bring back the old system was so balanced before or just make a new one this is... have no words how to describe it horror
2. changes every week my god i don't get why? are u realy that bored? wouldent say anything if they helped game or they were good but man again no words for it...thank god its fixable make changes every 3 months and good well taught ones and listen to the community more
3. honor system dunno why are u payed u should work for free, ah i'm wrong u should give money to work there, old honor system was bad but this one my god u diden't do anything better just made it much more worse cant even track the progression if u get 1 single report from rank 2 u go instant to rank 0so then why even care about it and u can only honor 1 guy and usualy its always the support girl who get it not the actual one who really tryed hard
