Irelia Needs A Nerf

Irelia has an overloaded kit which make her super strong with a e stun that lasts forever and slows also her w active with true damage is very overpowered and a ult that has charges and heals and does massive damage is to much for a someone to have and it has happened to many people were they can't even 1v1 her at lvl one because her stun/slow is to damn strong or if they start with the w that has the true damage which melts anyone. SHE NEEDS A NERF!
