I'll admit it, i main Xerath as a mid, because ever since I started playing LoL i've really enjoyed him. But i've been noticing on the community boards as Xerath and Xerath players being "cheaters". What's this whole issue and debate with Xerath?
There is a hack currently that makes Xerath's Q do global damage (literally hitting everything on the map at the same time: champions and minions). You'll see kda's of 120/0/0 with 35cs/min and 7 minute wins on a 20 game winning streak with Octakills and Legendary kills (greater than pentakills).

Wow.... That's insane... I mean, i know if i'm on a roll and get nice and geared I can hit like a truck, but i've never gone that super saiyn XD lol. thanks for letting me know what's been happening. I'd hate to see one of my favorite champs removed over people who horrible to be good at a game.
