There's a lack of clarity about Zyra's "RNG" passive, can we be told how it likes to work?

I would like to address the lack of clarity regarding Zyra's passive seed spawns.

In Patch 6.9 notes, we're only told that Zyra's seed spawn around her. It would be nice to get a rough idea of where they'll be spawning because a lot of people think it's all RNG at the moment.

I would like to point out that it's confirmed that there is an algorithm which does determine where seeds spawn.

On one of the PBE streams the League Community channel did, some of the detail about how the passive seeds spawn location are decided were mentioned but it seems there's no past broadcast available so we can't go back and check this. :(

Some of the users from /r/ZyraMains have been making a list of confirmed and unconfirmed points about how the passive seed algorithm works.

It would be nice for some light to be shed regarding this because currently I think a lot of people think it's RNG when it's not. I think it would also allow people to feel that their more in control of their passive rather than having their passive control them.

Hopefully the man himself, 20thcenturyfaux, will see this :)
