Feedback from a new user to the Boards

Hi,

So I've just started using these boards and immediately noticed some things which could use addressing.

• Levelling system - You have to make a post before your account is given it's actual level. This isn't mentioned anywhere, not even on the Welcome to the Boards post. Either the user's level should be already updated to be correct when they first log in or they should receive a message/notification about this matter.
• Making a post - When making a post, the tools to help you format or add stuff to your post actual covers the text you're writing. When editing your post, these tools are shown separately, in what is like a toolbox. I don't understand why that's not the case when submitting a post.
• Editing a post - There's no scroll bar in the Body section when you're editing your post. So you can't actually go to the bottom of your text from your post to add an edit without clicking in it and holding the down key until you reach the end.

Just some minor tweaks which I think would make using the boards nicer and more user-friendly.
