Matchmaker Making Bad Teams

Basically for the last few months (in normals) I have been teamed up with people from B5 to S1, and sometimes all the silver players are on one team. This makes a lot of matches unbalanced, and not very fun, get stomped or do the stomping. I think this happened when Riot made it easier to get your primary role but at the cost of good games. Can you please fix your matchmaker Riot? These aren't quality games as you say.

A solution would be to find ten players and distribute them evenly. Not two groups of 5 and then say well this is close enough.
