Morgana Chroma skin Bug

The black grey dress for Morgana's chroma skin is bugged, it looks like she has a tear in her dress and her leg (knee pokes out as she moves). Riot please fix this, this has been going on for a long time now and I don't even use the skin now because of it. I payed money for this so please fix it.
