Interesting thought: Remove Tiamat

Would make it so some of the champs out there that don't have to sacrifice wave clear for damage are a little easier to balance. Could screw things over for some folks that depend on it (mostly junglers who actually need it to be viable) but I am curious to see what folks think.

Top laners need Tiamat against lane bullies and range champions.

Nah, too many champs basically depend on it in Jungle and in lane to be able to match enemy jg/wave clear.
