current Kindred build, help

So this is just a question about what starting 3 items work best on the new Kindred. Since the rework I have been finishing jungle item into berserker boots then into a crit item like runnans or stattic. But I was wondering if there would be a better 3rd Item like BORK. Like if that would work well on her now

I've been building Bloodrazor(jungle item) >> berserker grieves >> bloodthirster >> runaan's >> IE >> Black Cleaver or Lord Dominik's with quite a bit of success.

I don't think on hit Kindred is that viable anymore compared to purchasing raw stat items due to her passive no longer being on hit %hp damage. She benefits a lot more from items that focus more into crit/attack speed or damage. Her Q and E benefit a lot from raw attack damage.

Over on the Kindred reddit there's been an IE rush build that's been showing success from several Kindred players, You don't finish a jungle item, just get Skirmisher Knife and a BF sword -IE zeal(shiv or Runaan) Lifesteal (DD and BT seem to be working better than BotrK) and GA/PD to finish. There's times when After EI-Zeal you happen to back with the right about of money and finishing Warrior or Blood makes sense.

There's a huge Spike with finished IE than a smaller one with Runaan finished. There's an older Bloodrazor BotrK Runaan that has a smoother powercurve, RFC fourth. But it's more reliant on having above average Marks to abuse the AS steroid and just spread on hit reliably. But overall High AD full Crit Eventually becomes a monster. IE Runaans BT PD GA and eventually BR to smooth out AS so you can save Q for defensive use instead of Ridding it's steroid to turn IE BT Runaans into dps

Would thunderlords be good on kindred? I usually use warlords or ferver just wanting to see what works best tho
