I LOVE playing Bard. It's my favorite champ in this game, i don't enjoy playing anything else. My win rate with him is preety fucked up. I have 20% win rate but that doesn't mean anything to me because he is my fav champ and i just have fun playing him. But my team always flames only if i pick him, let alone if i play bad. I love playing him mid and top and sometimes support. Is it ok to report someone for playing his favorite champ?

But yeah, you can't get reported for playing a champ. Unless maybe it is something like Galio adc in ranked. Maybe.
AIexis1 votesThey CAN report you for it. They shouldn't, since it isn't a reason, and has nothing to do with any of the punishable offenses. If you're racist/afk/intentionally feeding or have a bad behavior while playing a champ you like, that's the reason they'd report you. But they can't report you simply for playing Bard.
Just keep practicing man, and if you know you're not that good with him, play normals, not Ranked ^^'
Mig891 votesThe reports wont count at all. Theres no Meta enforcement really other than duo botlane that riot will enforce. They called it bot and not adc for a reason in dynamic Queue.
