nerf to keystone masteries

first they nerf bloodlust to only on champs now its almost useless then they do it to the only other good one for ad based champs especially in the jungle now fervor of battle will be really bad that leaves me with ?no good option for keystones in the jungle unless im ap based.Really how often am i gonna hit a champ with this 2 keystones to make it worth taking???? thoughts opions on what keydstones to use in jungle now or even as adc cause im rather passive adc who doesnt make use of anything early to mid that depends on hitting champs to be good
